I'd only really start a youtube channel, so that I could make friends with some awesome youtubers who I'm subscribed to. I think I've gotten written responses from most of these people, and they all strike me as really into the community, which I find really endearing, plus they're just really interesting awesome people, whose videos I love to watch.
