- Eschew James Scheffler with a firm hand. Do NOT go to his house, unless the cast party is there but that is the only exception. Do not spend time alone with him unless it cannot be avoided. Do not allow him to touch you as much; make your hugs short, sweet and to the point.
- Put more effort into your homework. Do it all and do it well. Seize any opportunities for extra credit. Actually study.
- Read more books. It's good to read before bed. You could try going to bed earlier every night allowing for some reading time before you actually sleep.
- Utilize your netflix subscription. Watch as many movies and TV shows as possible.
- Try to find some fun, crafty things to do, whether for your room or for a friend. Crafts are therapeutic and can often be absolutely adorable. Plus, it's a way to change your room without moving all of your furniture.
- Stop putting up so many walls and keeping people at a distance. Be friendly. Let people into your life. Don't be afraid to try something new. You know not all new experiences are bad experiences. Do your best to just be friends with everyone.
