[ Safe foods aren't necessarily healthy. But they tend to taste the same every time, which makes things easier for ppl with sensory/taste issues - which I have. Sometimes it means I ate once in 48 hours - so at least I've eaten something. ]

- Pasta with just butter and Parmesan
- Cottage cheese with honey, nuts if I have any, and some sliced apple/orange/banana
- Gala, Braeburn or Pink Lady apples
- Unsalted nuts such as almonds and cashews
- Bananas
- Lunchables
- Peanut butter
- Toast with butter & honey
