- Watching a silly movie I've seen a million times, usually with Will Ferrell
- Putting on something like The Simpsons for silly, comforting bg noise
- Drawing, especially to music
- Music blasting in my ears
- Organizing something
- Curl up in bed with low lighting, white noise, & lots of comforting items
- Having a shower or at least washing my face
- Smelling my favorite fragrances
