It's easy for most people and maybe even easy for many neurodivergent people. But for me it's a terrible struggle, especially when I'm deeply depressed and feeling executive dysfunction AND food aversions. We usually just order takeaway. So I'm going to track some meals I've cooked that I'm really proud of - because I SHOULD be.
