- Keep up with daily tasks and positive self-care habits e.g. washing myself, brushing teeth, skincare, laundry.

- Look after myself, particularly when I'm not feeling so good e.g. around my period or when I'm tired.

- Keep track of my mental health cycles.
- Use the values throughout this list to help maintain good mental health.

- Don't be afraid to talk about how I'm feeling in different situations.
- Be comfortable setting boundaries, identifying and managing triggers, and putting strategies in place to help me when things are difficult.
