    • Try out different creative projects - I don't really know what I want to pursue right now, so it would be good to just try some different things

    • Stay confident in what I believe and comfortable with what I don't know
    • Allow others to experience life however they want to, where their behaviour is not harmful to others
    • Live my own truth, being myself and living by my own values, regardless of what others think
    • Take time for sensory seeking, hyperactivity and daydreaming (when safe and appropriate to do so)
    • Meet myself when I am, rather than holding myself to others' standards
    • Work on expressing my ideas in different settings i.e. socially and professionally
    • Develop confidence in sharing my opinion and engaging in different conversations

    • Carry out additional research around areas of construction (although right now by this I literally just mean complete coursework)

    • Learn more about ancient history and about how things work
    • Become fluent in Cymraeg
    • Try out new recipes often (most weeks)
    • Learn to climb more challenging walls
    • Go to new places, even if they're not that far away
    • Try new things whenever possible
    • Attend classes and conferences
    • Be open-minded about different activities and ideas (especially when considering other peoples' recommendations)

    • Treat all living things as I would like to be treated
    • Distance myself from negative topics and opinions
    • Learn to respectfully disagree with unpleasant opinions instead of becoming angry or upset by them

    • Find strategies for becoming more confident in social and professional settings
    • Develop confidence in my ability to be productive and responsible at work
    • Use this to develop my career and in promoting myself
    • Get to know more people who I can feel confident around
    • Put myself out there into more social situations
    • Make an earnest start at dating
    • Actually respond to peoples' messages rather than overthinking about them
    • Get into the habit of texting or emailing people back as soon as possible
    • Learn to manage overthinking about how people will perceive my actions and words
    • Continue working on knowing and understanding myself
    • But don't get so caught up in introspection that I just get lost
    • Use yoga to help clear my mind and allow me to be present in the moment
    • Have better conversations which elicit different perspectives and help me work through different ideas

    • Keep better track of my incomings and outgoings, preventing the latter from exceeding the former
    • Be able to afford my needs and wants
    • Invest in my future (saving for a house, future partner or family, potential career moves, pension)
    • Increase my earnings
    • Budget for the things I want to have (car, phone), and the things I want to experience (travel, concerts)
    • Cultivate an environment in which I feel safe to be myself
    • Cut out things in life which do not make me feel safe
    • Have a place of my own and enough money to maintain it

  • Core Value Ten: Positive Health
    • Walk a minimum of 6000 steps every day
    • Spend more time doing adventurous activities
    • Extend my workout routine beyond walking and yoga
    • Try running
    • Do yoga at least twice a week
    • Keep myself nourished with healthy food, cooking fresh as much as possible
    • Drink (a lot) more water
    • Keep up with daily tasks and positive self-care habits e.g. washing myself, brushing teeth, skincare, laundry etc.
    • Be aware of what's going on with my body
    • Look after myself, especially when I'm not feeling great e.g. around my period or when I'm super tired
    • Take the pressure off myself when I need to
    • Use the values throughout this list to help me live my most fulfilling life and maintain good mental health
    • Don't be afraid to talk about how I'm feeling in different situations
