CW: eating others

- Generally, he can mimic the appearance of creatures he's aware of but to copy the biology of them he needs to consume parts of their DNA, if not the whole creature.

- Once a species is eaten, his body when digesting actually analyzes the biology of the species eaten. He can shapeshift into a species his body has analyzed more easily, but it's a difficult skill. Slimes don't actually need to eat creatures but different kinds of things like plants and water (but it isn't necessary for them to live.)

- If a creature is analyzed well enough, he might even be able to copy more than just the appearance more easily, but also has the knowledge of how the biology may work internally.

- Added, he might have knowledge of more individually specific things, such as muscle memory, genuine memories or even other things to do with the nature of the creature but that all depends. (This is more in theory & hasn't been achieved /isn't a part of Ruby's ability as of yet.)

- What depends is whether he has eaten more of this species before, how much of them, and how much they have known of them before consumption.
