  • A cup of tea
  • Watching a silly movie I've seen a million times, usually with Will Ferrell
  • Putting on something like The Simpsons for silly, comforting bg noise
  • Drawing, especially to music
  • Music blasting in my ears
  • Organizing something
  • Curl up in bed with low lighting, white noise, & lots of comforting items
  • Having a shower or at least washing my face
  • Smelling my favorite fragrances
