• s Under The Queen's Umbrella (Kim Hyeong-Sik) . period drama>dark comedy . cis boy playing trans girl character is a nono from me; despite that fact the treatment of the trans character exceeded expectations; i am kim hye-soo fan <3; cw for transphobia, blood, torture, su*c*de, parental abuse; i would recommend?? but i also think if you're looking for proper trans rep it won't be here! still shocked me for a korean show.
• m Dark Waters (Todd Haynes) . drama>thriller>biography . very well-done&informative; didn't like some comments on prostitution;general focus on white men (but it's based around a white man so expected); would recommend
