• breath slowly and deeply
  • avoid social media as much as possible. alternatively work, read, spend time with others
  • separate internal self from outer - exercise will assist in this, harmful thoughts do NOT come from within ourselves, they are a result of circumstances (not built into us) (THIS IS NOT ME)
  • relax / don't stress from an early point, remember that stress is a result of not doing so DO and I WILL be happier
