- cocreate: peace, health, wisdom, happiness, long life, joy, and a sustenance of needed items within your culture to exist comfortably
- ask spirit for guidance to find the new energy. “dear spirit, tell me what it is I should know.” Let the energy flow to you in ways you never thought they would!
- love yourself to the degree that you’re no longer in drama about anything
- become so peaceful with your life and your situations that you can cocreate anything you need in appropriateness.
- send light to dark places, for you are powerful. Let your light shine so that others may see in areas where they didn’t before. Take quiet time alone for this. illuminate dark places with divine light.
- there doesn’t have to be a visualization of love. Feel that light within you, which is the love for humanity and the planet, and project that. Theres no greater light than that which is this love. As you send your light, the jar will overflow.

- what should I know that will enhance my divinity and spread light to the dark places that need it so much?
- pure intent: not ‘passive intent’, or ‘angry intent.’ It is the core of your passion, when your very being resounds with it.
- “count every two days. Let’s have aging slow down. Let’s not age with the clock that was given to you, body. Let’s control it, let’s talk to innate, who enables all things.”
- ”dear spirit, this is the direction I’m going, if it’s not correct, push back. I give you permission to push it away, if it is not correct, I give you permission for me to find the right place, the right time, I give you permission to correct me if I don’t have it correct. And I will go and feel so comfortable about this, I will not be anxious and I will follow the path that’s the most intuitive but boy if it’s wrong, I give you permission to move it aside and let me start again.”
