      • Keep track of my incomings and outgoings, preventing the latter from exceeding the former.

      • Cultivate an environment in which I feel safe to be myself.
      • Cut out things in life which do not make me feel safe.
      • Have a place of my own and enough money to maintain it.

      • Be active every day.
      • Spend more time doing adventurous activities e.g. climbing, paddleboarding, maybe cycling.
      • Try running/free-running.
      • Do yoga at least four times a week.
      • Keep myself nourished with healthy food, cooking for myself as much as possible.
      • Drink more water.
      • Keep up with daily tasks and positive self-care habits e.g. washing myself, brushing teeth, skincare, laundry.
    • Physical Health:
      • Keep track of my physical health.
      • Know what's going on with my body.
      • Look after myself, particularly when I'm not feeling so good e.g. around my period or when I'm tired.
      • Take the pressure off when I need to.
    • Mental Health:
      • Keep track of my mental health cycles.
      • Use the values throughout this list to help maintain good mental health.
      • Understand why I feel the way I do.
      • Don't be afraid to talk about how I'm feeling in different situations.
      • Be comfortable setting boundaries, identifying and managing triggers, and putting strategies in place to help me when things are difficult.
