- your feelings are valid. put yourself in first place and then think about what'll do for other people.

- respect your limits.
- again, it's okay to feel anger.
- you're human. i think you need to remind yourself of it sometimes.
- it's okay to lose your mind sometimes, you're not always going to be right about everything to everyone.
- people have different versions and visions about you, and you can't control that. and that's okay, i promise.
