2016 (and the last months of 2015) has been a rough time for me. I can't hide it. And my goal is to get back to how I was before--and then even better. This is inspired from this article here, and I encourage everyone to check it out!

2018 UPDATE: It's taken a few years, but I've now completed almost every single objective on this massive list, which was created by one of my role models. I'm so glad I've gotten this far!

Here's what I've got left:

  • Run away.
  • Volunteer.
  • Be impeccable with your word.
  • Incorporate meditative ritual into your life.

Without further ado:

  • Make lists of reasons why you love yourself.

I should note that my go-to communication when using spirit boards is always angels, and because that's my norm I won't document them unless something happens that's unusual. I believe that spirit boards are not innately more dangerous than other divinational tools, and it depends on how they are used. However, I DO NOT think you should use a spirit board without proper protection first!

Recently, Johnson and I broke up. I'm actually pretty happy about this, and I feel like I'm freer than I've been in a long time.
