Zazzle is a website where you can buy products from people for relatively cheap. Everything you see was created by someone in some way or another, so it's definitely a creative adventure. Another thing that's cool? They have coupons going every day. Usually those coupons are 15% off, but I've seen them be 40% and 50% off as well.

And full disclosure: If you buy anything, at no extra cost to you I get a small commission fee ;)

I am brave enough to . . .

  • return to my hometown,
  • go skinny dipping,
  • visit a graveyard at night,
  • live by myself,
  • move somewhere entirely new,
  • wear what I want to wear in public,
  • learn how to swim,
  • visit larger cities, such as NYC,
  • travel by myself,
  • sky dive,
  • join a protest,
  • and stop pretending that I am a coward.

Because it will never, ever be that I "WISH" I was brave enough to do something--I AM brave enough to do something.

  • Johnson has been experiencing increased difficulties with his vehicle. In the latest in the series, it makes a horrible noise when it's idling.
  • Wal-Mart failed to take out money from my mother's card; Johnson was refunded money that he shouldn't have been. So far, both of these are good things....
  • Several delays have occurred in the improvements of Johnson's apartment complex, which is very frustrating for him and his dad, as they were supposed to be moving in there a lot sooner.
  • Annoying problems repeatedly occurring with my mom's phone. I wonder if it will survive past this?
  • Mitch's family went on a cross-country road trip.
    • The route changed over fifteen times.

Unless it's to see Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, or any other Harry Potter movie, I'm just not a fan of things related to the TV. I also clam up in crowds, and even if a restaurant is relatively empty I'd still be moderately uncomfortable. So, if things were to go my way . . .

February '19

  • 02: It's a Saturday, and I don't have to go into work. I have never worked at a job where almost all weekends you don't work, or one that has this much employee appreciation, or basically any job other than underemployment. I am happy where I'm at and I hope that I can stay there for as long as possible.
  • 03: Eve said that she would "be happy" to pay for my readings, which is wonderful! It really does make me happy, because it helps give me that much more confidence about the whole thing. <3
  • 04: I am so thankful that I picked myself up and kept trying. I am so thankful that I still am trying, to make my life better, happier, and more magical than the day before. I am so thankful that I am no longer afraid of life, but that I embrace it head-on.

I say "screw that" to . . .

  • Never going outside of America and seeing the world.
  • Never exploring my own country.
  • Not ever getting some way to make money by the time I'm twenty-three.
  • Never having lived alone by the time I'm thirty.
  • Never going on a roller coaster.
  • Staying in toxic relationships--whether they're friendships or romance.
  • Not doing what is best for me.
  • Not doing what is best for other people (so long as what is best for them is not terrible for me).
  • Not being alive. Not feeling alive. Pretending to be a paper bag when really I can be, and act, and say so much more. When really I can inspire others to be so much more. No more feeling afraid of offending other people for things that aren't off...

Not a very long list, is it? XD But I'm hoping that it will get longer as time goes on. :) I've been to some smaller cities (e.g., Tupelo, Mississippi, Dickson, Tennessee, etc.), but I'm talking about big cities.

  • Memphis, Tennessee: I went there with my parents when I was younger (maybe seven and eight years old) to go to Liberty Land, an amusement park that I'm pretty sure has since closed down.
  • Tulsa, Oklahoma: Jasper, his brother, his sister-in-law, and myself all traveled to Tulsa to see their father's body. I was just their for moral support.
  • Birmingham, Alabama: Johnson, Mama, and I went to his dad and step-mom's place for Christmas Eve.

We are going to be moving out of Mississippi in the next few months, so this is a list of things we want to do before leaving, and things we want to focus on.

  • To visit my hometown.
    • Eat at the Quick Stop.
    • Visit the library.
    • Go on the walk to the cemetery.
  • Visit the weir that Ivory wanted me to see.
  • Go to Camden, TN with Johnson to visit the grave of his grandmother.
  • Pay off what I owe to the college.

  • A minimum of $12,400 (although preferably more).
  • Pod or U-Haul? Any other alternatives? What's cheapest? We need to figure this out...

2016 (and the last months of 2015) has been a rough time for me. I can't hide it. And my goal is to get back to how I was before--and then even better. This is inspired from this article here, and I encourage everyone to check it out!

2018 UPDATE: It's taken a few years, but I've now completed almost every single objective on this massive list, which was created by one of my role models. I'm so glad I've gotten this far!

Here's what I've got left:

  • Play an instrument.
  • Run away.
  • Volunteer.
  • Be impeccable with your word.
  • Watch Eve Ensler (from TED Talks).
  • Write this down: "You have to give to the world the thing that you want the most, in order to fix the broken parts inside you."
