  • ✔ confirm details on e-ticket
  • ✔ request for security clearance
• The Search for Durable Solutions to Forced Displacement in Mindanao
  • ✔ check with Ms. Cyn re Bert's approval (invitees)
  • ✔ double check the invitee list and send out the email on Mark's behalf
  • request for video conferencing (ask help from Jon)
• decline Titon Mitra's invitation
  • ✔ fax or email, cc Ms. Ester
• compile all CSF requests
  • print all attachments
  • enter in the database
• reply to all EnCorr logs
• FINALIZE John Morton and Magda Lovei's sched.
  • print out itinerary (don't forget DOA and hotel)
  • confirm with Jeannine and Caroline if they will attend the CIF closing ceremonies.
• ✔ set up a meeting with Alan Coulthart of AUSAID (for Mark. Will be in Manila from March 16-25.
• organize audiocon with Holger Rommen re MTF
• ✔ note that Warren Evans will be arriving tomorrow. He will attend the Freedom from Debt Coalition - CIF Roundtable scheduled on March 18 and 19.
• send out letter to DSWD Usec. Pablo, scan and file in IRIS.

WHEW! should be done with all of these before 5pm!! DEYM!!
