• Be kinder to myself.
  • Remember to reflect on things said in a negative light towards others - often it's a reflection of our own feelings about ourselves. We may need to do some introspection and figure out what we aren't giving ourselves so we aren't projecting.
  • Stay true to myself and honor what feels authentic.
  • The only thing standing in my way is really only me. No one else.
  • We are still valuable even when resting, pausing and when we're struggling.
  • We cannot change, nor control what others say and do - only ourselves. Try not to judge how someone chooses to live their life - it's not our responsibility or burden to bear.
