• (08) bukas luluhod ang mga tala ★★★☆☆ — i wasn't really paying that much attention... lmao. but sharon's always been a charmer and that alto of hers is to die for.
• (08) babangon ako't dudurugin kita • ★★★☆☆ — i can't believe the first time i saw this movie was when i was like what, 13? i rewatched it at age 20 and am incredibly troubled by the violence, lmao.
• (09) bright lights: starring carrie fisher and debbie reynolds ♡ ★★★★★ — look, i cried a lot, and i'm still thinking abt when debbie was talking about carrie's voice and started tearing up
• (29) zootopia ★★★★☆ — a joy to watch!

• (01) the first wives club ★★★★★ — did not became a Fav™ as i expected it would, but i loved it nonetheless
• (11) steel magnolias ♡ ★★★★★ — clairee and ouiser were girlfriends pass it ON. ok, this is the complete opposite over first wives club. i thought i wouldn't like this, because the 80s aesthetic and the kitschiness of it all gave me a headache but i LOVE this movie and i LOVE the women in it. someone make me steel magnolias the musical, i have a bunch of actresses in mind
• (21) nine to five ♡ ★★★★★ — I DID NOT EXPECT THIS MOVIE TO BE THE WAY THAT IT IS. i'm in love all of them and would die for them over and over

• (01) guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 ^ ★★☆☆☆ — i've literally never seen a marvel movie until this, which was lovely and that whole thing with nebula and her sis is g r e a t

• (04) whip it ★★★★☆ — unnecessarily straight in that one bit, and have never truly gotten the appeal of ellen page (does that make me a bad wlw) until i saw this. and also like, she should've made out with everyone on hurl scout

• (16) spider-man: homecoming ^ ★★★★☆ — took a while for me to start enjoying this bc i got a massive headache in the beginning of the movie with all of peter's goddamn shaky footage lmao but it was cute and let me be predictable by saying i would die for aunt may
• (27) finally found someone ^ ★☆☆☆☆ — i kept telling myself not to expect too much because they're not miggy and laida and it's not cgm but i had confidence in ted boborol because i loved just the way you are. in the end, of course, i was still underwhelmed because in my heart of hearts i still really wanted them to be miggy and laida, so that's mostly my fault, but this was still delightful. felt like a cheesy 90s viva movie, baduy in all the right places, and god if JLC and SG aren't the most precious humans together. (that! last! scene!) i'm mad at the writing though?
