When I'm sad, it can hit pretty hard and could take me a while to get out of it. here's a list of things you could do to help me deal with it, and possibly get me out of it!:

  • Talk to me. it's best for me to talk to someone to either vent or to be comforted.
  • Please please please tag me in posts, especially when I'm at 0%. it can be validation or comfort, just please tag me in posts, it's the most helpful thing.
  • Tagging me in posts as my kins makes me feel really really valid and happy, please do this if you can!
  • Be soft with me, and if I'm not in the mood to talk, please don't make me.
  • Being called my shifts name, any nicknames related to my shift and the pronouns correlated to the shift make me so happy and I feel so valid, so please do that!
