Things that I will always do and things that I will do, as often as possible. [ Sometimes there are exceptions, but I give the best from myself to perform each part from the list. ]

GREEN:

  • Changing all my light bulbs to CFLs;
  • Use glass bottles for water at home;
  • Recycle plastics bottles and other plastics;
  • Recycle used batteries;
  • Recycle paper;
  • Use only biodegradable bags for the garbage bins;
  • Turn the lights off in the room, if I’m not there;
  • Unplug anything that isn't in use;
  • Reuse all glass jars or recycle them;
  • Be careful about how much water I use; I have to only turn on the tabs at a "trickle" when I wash my hands or brush my teeth;
  • Use biodegradable kitchen sponge cloth;

  • Use eco-friendly dish detergent;
  • Use a natural laundry detergent;
  • Use biodegradable liquid soap for hands;
  • Use recycled toilet paper;
  • Use natural air freshener;
  • Shut down my computer every time I don’t use it.
  • Not order food by delivery;
  • Use more less the iron;
  • Keep the light in the bathroom off each morning while I take a shower and brush my teeth;
  • Take showers with lukewarm, rather than hot water (unless I am sick);
  • Put a bottle of water in the toilet tank to reduce the amount used per flush;
  • Use “green” baking soda in place of harsher chemicals like bleach, when I clean my home;
  • Get indoor plants;
  • Wear my clothes twice or more, as long as they’re not dirty and smelly, before I put them in the washer machine;
  • Soak my dishes so less water is needed to clean the tough stuff off;
  • Navy showers;
  • Not use soap to wash my dishes unless there’s oil residue;
  • Use a broom and dustpan instead of a vacuum;
  • Use a fake Christmas tree;
  • Use cold water for washing my hands and my face;
  • Usе tote bags, no more plastic bags;
  • Make To-Do lists only in my iPod and Listography;
  • Buy E-reader;
  • Drink only loose tea;
  • Use recycled paper;
  • Buy clothes from Second hand shops;
  • Use recyclable toothbrush;
  • No more bottled water or I will have to recycle the bottles;
  • Use online payment methods for my bills;
  • Not use paper towels and hand-dryers in public bathrooms;
  • Educate myself about environmental issues;
  • Stop chewing bubble gums;
  • Let my hair air dry;
  • Use more less the elevator;
  • Raise environmental awareness through stickers, blogs and other media;
  • Use electronic card for public transit and more less the paper tickets;
  • Not use any more straws;
  • Cut my hair and keep it short (so I need less product);
  • Use a thermos for coffee and tea, when I go out;
  • Print on both sides of the page;
  • Bring my own reusable bib to the dentist;
  • Drink straight from the bottle;
  • No more highlighters;
  • Vote for Green party;

HEALTHY:

  • Drink bio Fairtrade coffee;
  • Drink bio tea;
  • Buy bio Fairtrade chocolate;
  • Drink bio Fairtrade hot chocolate;
  • Eat bio icecream;
  • Eat bio honey;
  • Eat organic muesli;
  • Eat bio vegetables;
  • Eat bio fruits;
  • Eat organic meat, every time that is possible;
  • Eat only pure meat, not a sausages and salami;
  • Eat meat once a week or don’t eat meat at all;
  • Eat free range eggs;
  • Eat more local food;
  • Stop sodas;
  • Not consume anything that contains or is manufactured with genetically modified corn (ie. high-fructose corn syrup, corn starch, ethanol, corn-fed beef, etc);
  • Use bio raw sugar;
  • Use bio flour;
  • Buy organic yogurt;
  • Consume organic dairy every time that is possible;
  • Use natural soap;
  • Use organic face mask;
  • Use organic face tonic;
  • Use organic face wash gel;
  • Use organic body lotion;
  • Use organic shower gel;
  • Use organic shampoo;
  • Use organic conditioner;
  • Use natural hair mask;
  • Use a natural toothpaste;
  • Use natural lip balm;
  • Use organic face cream;
  • Use organic hand cream;
  • Make my own cosmetics products;
  • Wear more natural/orgnic makeup;
