  • Seeing new self-harm cuts/burns
  • Touching any area from the bottom of my rib cages to above my knees
  • Sudden movements towards me
  • Green String (seeing it, touching it)
  • Carved designs (only some)
  • Extreme Violence (Like a lot of blood, or can hear each impact)
  • Threats
  • Watching someone attempt suicide
  • Me saying the word suicide (I just say 'atttempt' or 'succeeded')
  • Being forced into something (even if I want too; please wait until I'm sure)
  • Being held down or restrained
  • Hearing sounds of someone purging/throwing up
