I have discovered that I'm addicted to blogging. My position as a language arts teacher to middle schoolers enables my addiction. Is there a 12-step program for this? I hope not.

  • Imagine your inner critic as a monster. Draw him/her.
  • Write down five of your core beliefs. Pick one. Illustrate it.
  • Write down one of your life mantras. Write it over and over again but use a different letter style each time. Fill the page.
  • Think about something or someone you take for granted. Write about it/him/her.
  • Draw a large heart in the middle of a page. Fill it with things which make you smile.
  • Draw a map from where you are to where you want to be.
  • Draw a staircase. Think about your biggest dream. Draw it at the top of the staircase. Fill each step of the staircase with a "step" you need to take to achieve your dream.
