I have discovered that I'm addicted to blogging. My position as a language arts teacher to middle schoolers enables my addiction. Is there a 12-step program for this? I hope not.

  • Find a spot in the gardens which is less-traveled. Close your eyes and breathe deeply while counting to 100... slowly. Open your eyes and write about what you heard, smelled, or thought as you were experiencing the gardens.
