Favorite sounds, put me at peace of calming; mostly childhood.

• Ol' VCR television, reoccuring childhood movies played, the static sound when attempting to sleep late at night; often helped steer away from the fear of the dark.
• rocking chairs or hammocks during nightfall as the crickets sing the night away.
• songs that resonate the laughter of children in the background, sinister and nostalgic.
• my uncle playing the harmonica that he was so ever good in playing when I asked. // reminder of you: "Big Jet Plane". Oh sweet melody.
• chirping in the early morning before jogging.
• sitting outside while lightning strikes before the storm.
