  • week 2: 20 mins yoga, 5k run
  • week 3: 4.5km run, 30 mins yoga
  • week 4: 8k run, 6.3k run
  • week 5: 5k run, 19k run, 30 mins yoga
  • week 6: 20 mins dance, 5k run
  • week 7: 10k run, 8k hill walk (Dunster)
  • week 8: 5.5k run, Brighton half marathon
  • week 9: plenty of walking (post-half marathon followed by immediate sickness = rest week!)
  • week 10: 6.5km walk (rye), 20 mins pilates (still sick this week)
  • week 11: still sick - so lots of consistent walking
  • week 12: 5.5k run, 7k+ walk
