  • wear black and gray with bright jewelry or makeup
  • wear black with gold/cream/silver detailing
  • stick to simple, clean lines and use accessories (detailing on a black/white purse for understated, a colorful purse for a bigger statement
  • paint nails red for universal appeal, white or cream/beige for a bright neutral, black/grey/maroon for darker neutral. keep them long enough that you can audibly tap them on objects, but not long enough that they interfere with mobility
  • makeup: do big eyes or noticeable lips, not both
  • shape your eyebrows!!
  • brush your teeth with baking soda after using toothpaste
  • having your hair and makeup perfect always makes you look more wealthy

  • do something "risky" everyday.
  • lessen your dairy intake. not only will you feel better, your skin will thank you.
  • you need to be working out 2-5 x’s per week! by working out you will remain healthy, happy, and toned. even if you go run for 30 minutes or walk up hill for 20 minutes, just do it honey.
  • and again, i can not stress enough that you should be working out multiple times per week. regardless of your shape or look. it has so many benefits and you will glow

Y así somos los seres humanos. Criticamos al otro por ser diferente, por tener lo que le toco tener, por ser flaco, por ser gordo. Por amar a alguien de su mismo sexo, por sentir y pensar de otra manera. Vivimos en una sociedad en la que cuanto mas igual seas al otro, mas aceptado vas a ser. Y cuando uno decide escuchar su voz interior y respetarla, es juzgado y agredido sin necesidad alguna. Hablo por mi, y hablo por muchas personas mas que deben sentir quizás algo similar. Entonces.. Hagas lo que hagas siempre van a criticarte. Por lo tanto, hace lo que te haga feliz. No tengas miedo de ser quien queres ser. Mientras uno este convencido y orgulloso de eso, todo lo demás pierde su peso por completo.
