i managed to get through an extremely stressful month and still lose 3 pounds! that means just 47 left to lose (hopefully by october). this list includes attempts to be healthy again.
- 17mar: walk with boys over break (20 minutes)
- 16mar: walk with brewer over break (15 minutes)
- 12mar: spa weekend destress
- 03mar: chose peanuts over pie
- 02mar: chose veggies over onion rings
