ingredients:

  • 300 g ground pork
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 200 g gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • salt/pepper

directions:

  • saute onions and garlic together until soft
  • add ground pork, soy sauce, and sugar
  • saute until all cooked
  • add gochujang and mix well
  • pour in 2/3 cup of water and simmer until sauce thickens
  • mix with rice!
