ingredients:
- 300 g ground pork
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 200 g gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- salt/pepper
directions:
- saute onions and garlic together until soft
- add ground pork, soy sauce, and sugar
- saute until all cooked
- add gochujang and mix well
- pour in 2/3 cup of water and simmer until sauce thickens
- mix with rice!
