ingredients:

  • noodles
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp black bean sauce

directions:

  • dice potatoes and onions
  • cook onions until slightly translucent
  • add potato and garlic powder
  • remove from pan
  • add oil and black bean sauce and fry on low heat
  • add veggies and 1/3 cup of water
  • reduce and add sugar and another 1/3 cup of water
  • add noodles
