ingredients:
- noodles
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 cucumber
- garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp black bean sauce
directions:
- dice potatoes and onions
- cook onions until slightly translucent
- add potato and garlic powder
- remove from pan
- add oil and black bean sauce and fry on low heat
- add veggies and 1/3 cup of water
- reduce and add sugar and another 1/3 cup of water
- add noodles
