ingredients:

  • 50 g chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp dashi stock
  • 1/8 tsp sugar

directions:

  • broth: soy sauce, mirin, dashi stock, sugar
  • add broth and pieces of chicken onto pan and cook
  • lightly beat eggs
  • cut onions into long slices and add to pan before covering pan with lid
  • when meat turns white, flip it over
  • when it's almost cooked, add egg and cover again
  • when everything is cooked u done
  • put onto bowl of rice
