ingredients:
- 50 g chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp dashi stock
- 1/8 tsp sugar
directions:
- broth: soy sauce, mirin, dashi stock, sugar
- add broth and pieces of chicken onto pan and cook
- lightly beat eggs
- cut onions into long slices and add to pan before covering pan with lid
- when meat turns white, flip it over
- when it's almost cooked, add egg and cover again
- when everything is cooked u done
- put onto bowl of rice
