ingredients:

  • 100g (3.5 oz) shrimp
  • 100g (3.5 oz) tofu
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • salt/pepper
  • 3 eggs (2 raw, 1 boiled)
  • flour
  • panko
  • 1 tbsp pickles (minced)
  • 2 tbsp onion (minced)

directions:

  • rinse shrimp in water and roughly chop half, chop other half into paste
  • put shrimp and tofu together and break up with spatula
  • add 1 tbsp mayo and salt/pepper into mix
  • make shrimp mixture into any shape you want
  • dip shrimp patty into flour, egg wash, and panko
  • fry until golden brown

tartar sauce: boiled egg, 2 tbsp mayo, pickles, and onions
