ingredients:
- 100g (3.5 oz) shrimp
- 100g (3.5 oz) tofu
- 3 tbsp mayo
- salt/pepper
- 3 eggs (2 raw, 1 boiled)
- flour
- panko
- 1 tbsp pickles (minced)
- 2 tbsp onion (minced)
directions:
- rinse shrimp in water and roughly chop half, chop other half into paste
- put shrimp and tofu together and break up with spatula
- add 1 tbsp mayo and salt/pepper into mix
- make shrimp mixture into any shape you want
- dip shrimp patty into flour, egg wash, and panko
- fry until golden brown
