- Jan: Spent NYE at Epcot, partying in the outdoor DJ booth. Watched fireworks with family
- Feb: Went to NYC, performed at Carnegie Hall. Met Ally!(tumblr mutual for 5 years)
- Feb: Attended Hyuna’s North American Tour in Toronto. Made her a present, shook her hand. Cried.
- May: Moved apartments (include the pains of manual moving, recruiting new roommate, setting up everything, etc)
- June-August: Went to Hong Kong for research program. Made two very very good friends (Karen and Kirsten). Won best poster/presentation award.
- July: Observed excision surgery for the first time. (went through the whole process of scrubbing, going through airlocked doors, watching the doctors bark their orders, hear the whirring of the EKG machine...
