  • 人间便利店 (8/10 translated from japanese. kinda bizarre story about a middle aged japanese lady who has been a part-time convenience store worker her whole life. short and sweet! love the deadpan humor, ending felt too sudden but I liked how it was handled lol)
  • 网内人(6/10: whodunnit mystery set in hong kong, covers internet bullying, some startup-ish culture, and light tech lingo. sort of fun, cliffhangers keep you interested I guess)
  • 病毒 (3/10: trashy horror story, would only recommend as a starter book for its short chapters and cliffhangers)
