Heyy! I’m an Italian-Filipino girl who was born in Rome, but I don’t speak Roman and neither does my father since he is originally from Milan. I started reading manhwa back in 2023 and started watching anime in September 2024. My favorite demographic is shonen and I really enjoy long stories, especially ones that allow me to connect with the characters and follow their growth throughout the series.

My favorite genres are action, comedy, supernatural and psychological. I enjoy watching anime from every year and I’m open to exploring different genres, even if some are not usually my first choice. I’m less likely to watch mahou shoujo, mecha, music and horror, but I’ve been trying to get into them. I just haven’t found the right series that makes me appreciate those genres yet.

I also really enjoy romance, but I personally think it is often better in manhwa, which is why you probably won’t see me watching as much romance anime. I don’t usually drop a story because of certain themes like incest, rape or love triangles, but they are not things I actively look for. I also enjoy smut depending on the plot and art style. For me, it depends on how well the story is written and whether the characters and overall concept are interesting. My absolute favorite is Flowers Are Bait, even though I haven’t read a huge amount of titles yet.

I’ve been trying to get more into yuri and yaoi, but I’m more naturally drawn toward heterosexual romance stories. I enjoy exploring different types of media and finding stories that genuinely interest me.

Outside of anime and manhwa, I’m someone who likes doing many things at once, even if it can seem messy from the outside. I feel like I work better when I can switch between different things and have multiple ideas going on at the same time.

I have two half-brothers, but we are not as close as we used to be anymore. I’m also currently an aunt to an 18-month-old, which is something I find really special.

I would like to make a lot of friends, but I sometimes feel like I can be difficult to approach at first. Once people get to know me, I’m not as reserved and I become much more open and expressive. I tend to like extroverted people more, especially those who have a lot of friends but still remember the people around them. I appreciate people who can be social while still making others feel valued.
