Name Facts

  • Boys names are infinitely easier then girl's names, but my girl's favourites are much more steady
  • I love names inspired by nature, literature, family trees, and music.
  • Names that are beautiful are names that are clunky, eclectic, literary, vintage, spunky, and sweet.
  • I love softer names on boys, and more vibrant names on girls!
  • Nicknames are always adorable...But only as nicknames. With a few exceptions *eyes Billie, Jem, Kit, and multiple others*....Okay, maybe I'm a bit hypocritical
  • Nice meanings are always a bonus

Other

  • Recently, I've been on an embroidery kick!
  • I'm having a crisis over whether to chop my hair. My best friend did, and it's so cute that I'm tempted.
  • Have made 4 collages recently! Plus, 2 were inspired by poems which made my happy.
  • Literally all I want to do is pick Huckleberries. I'm already mourning the season being over. And yes, West Coast Red Huckleberries are superior. And deserve capitals.
  • I'm currently learning 3 songs guitar that I heard at a recent folk festival. Guys, my self taught fingers are finally good with bar chords!
  • More on my summer will be spent at the beach and in the ocean then anywhere else. As much as I love the farmer's markets, movie nights, library trips, and window shopping, I must be in the water. It's a physical need at this point.
  • In addition, I'm determined to nail my body boarding tricks this summer. Then, I'll really be able to brag about it.
