- date night every month
- spend time with hobbies (learn french, painting class, sewing class)
- buy magazines instead of insta doomscrolling to keep up to date
- eat veggies with lunch every day (can be simple like a side of carrots)
- take iron supps
- add strength training, plan it every week
- go to church 1x per month. Plan ahead.
