- White Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry Jam filling (Jan 5)
- All out of "Baking and Pastry"
- Lemon Blueberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (Jan 13)
- Croissants (Feb 18)
- "Baking and Pastry"
- I used Kerry brand butter. Made sure to let the dough proof longer. Still didn't rise as much as I'd have liked, but better than last time. Croissants didn't leak near as much butter as last time. Great result. The semi sweet chocolate inside is much better than milk chocolate.
- Chai Spiced Cheesecake Muffins
- Made with Jude. They were his pick. Super yummy! Very very moist. Not sure I would call them chai or even cheesecake really, but they were good regardless.
- Carrot cake and cream cheese frosting
- From baking and pastry book
- Also substituted GF flour in some and they turned out tasty. The cupcakes collapsed though, only in the GF ones.
- Made for Bree's kids birthdays.
- Isomalt
- Just did a simple drip over a silicone mat on a bottle. Turned out awesome! Didn't last for more than a day though.
- S'more cupcakes
- Graham cracker cake, chocolate ganache and swiss meringue. Bruleed the top with torch. So yum!

- Gluten Free Bread: Made for Kristy and Jordan (Dec 4)
- This one is a little eggy tasting and a little dense. I didn't use dry active yeast though ( I used instant) and I also just used a GF flour mix instead of her breakdown of flours.
- I like the texture and taste of this one better. Not quite as dense, and not near as eggy (even though it's yellower in color). I would use this one again if I was doing another GF loaf. Jordan and Kristy also like this one better.

- Eggnog Macarons with Eggnog Buttercream:
- Gingerbread Macarons:

- I really liked these. They have a great spiced flavor to them. Almost all of them were perfectly smooth with good feet as well. Really happy with how they turned out. May pair well with doing an Orange flavored filling with them? Or something else to break up the spice.
- Eggnog Creme Brulee:

- Lemon Butter Cookies

- Really good cookies! I would probably double the amount of icing the recipe calls for. Nice to have a little extra than not enough, and it really wasn't much. Great lemony flavor. And they were rice and buttery. Good crumb. This recipe made 24 cookies for me (25g each)
- Peppermint Bark

- Really not a fan. I think I made the chocolate layers too thick? I'm not sure. But the white and milk chocolate didn't stick together. How frustrating is that?! I had to rehead more chocolate to try and salvage some pieces. And THEN I bent a knife trying to break it into pieces. Not my favorite experience.
