  • Start the day:
    • get dressed
    • drink water or tea
    • open the curtains
  • movement:
    • 10+ minute walk
    • stretch / yoga / walk around my place for 10 minutes
  • Immersion:
  • Choose only one:
    • 1 episode of a show
    • 30–60 min game
    • 20–40 pages reading
    • Lego / colouring for 20–30 min

No scrolling during it if possible.

Life: (optional):

    • shower
    • tidy an area
    • cook a meal
