- 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- 2 tablespoons tahini (seseme butter)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- lemon juice (3/4 lemon)
- 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper
- salt/pepper
Split jalapeno down the middle and get rid of the seeds. (wash yo hands!) combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. :D
