  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (seseme butter)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • lemon juice (3/4 lemon)
  • 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper
  • salt/pepper

Split jalapeno down the middle and get rid of the seeds. (wash yo hands!) combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. :D
