- You only hate what you don't understand. Try to know and understand things before claiming to hate them.
- If you still hate it, quit it. It's easy.
- Apologize. Put yourself on their shoes.
- Social media anxiety is a waste of time
- Keep a journal.
- Blood is thicker than water and patience is the key.
- Conquer a fear. Weekly, monthly, yearly.
- Help strangers
- Vocalize your feelings. Otherwise you'll get a sore throat.
