  • You only hate what you don't understand. Try to know and understand things before claiming to hate them.
  • If you still hate it, quit it. It's easy.
  • Apologize. Put yourself on their shoes.
  • Social media anxiety is a waste of time
  • Keep a journal.
  • Blood is thicker than water and patience is the key.
  • Conquer a fear. Weekly, monthly, yearly.
  • Help strangers
  • Vocalize your feelings. Otherwise you'll get a sore throat.
  • Embrace your emotions.
