edit (3/23/25): if i were to rate i love you phillip morris it would be the same if not more stars as the birdcage. so the birdcage would probably just be 4 stars. or ilu phillip morris would be 5 stars but i dont know how generous i should be... it always makes me cry when i watch it though.

• a lot of situations im just like. there are no stakes for her tweaking out or explanation for the mystical stuff in plain daylight. where is the OH MY GOD WHAT THE F* IS THAT?! from an unsuspecting pedestrian on the sidewalk
• some neatly boarded stuff and action scenes/concepts shown in some sequences are cool but idk. hoping it gets better since i saw some cool concepts but likeeee im kinda lazy to pick it up again
