zealouzie's terms of service for the production of artwork and digital goods

• The prices of all items listed on this page are in USD.
• Payments will be made through paypal.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• Payments are to be made prior to starting the work.
• Once I have begun the lineart process (after the sketch) you may no longer back out.
• Please credit my artwork appropriately when posting on social media or elsewhere. When posting on toyhou.se, please credit my toyhou.se, zealouzie.
• I will not take commissions that will be used in the mass production of physical merchandise such as t-shirts without first making a formal agreement.
• If you purchase a character design from me, it may only be resold for lesser or equal value unless additional media has been created, such as artwork, writing, or physical goods that will be sold alongside the character rights.
• I will not draw NSFW, erotic art or any excedingly disturbing/gory content.
• I will not take mass/bulk orders exceeding 3 products of the same type from the same customer at once. (I get burnout easily and I like to make sure I'm constantly doing a mix of different things!)
