• take responsibility; some things are the result of your decisions
  • make an effort for others; you don't know what they're going through; be there
  • ask for forgiveness often, even for the little things.
  • feel what you feel; rationalize your rage
  • recognize that good things are always on the way; be patient
  • it is good sometimes to see nothing, feel nothing, be nothing
  • spend time outside, cloudwatch. notice how you breathe. notice how beautiful the world is. how blessed you are to exist.
  • don't be afraid to move on. you are not stuck, you just haven't changed your way of thinking just yet.
  • no one else can be the answer. take your time and find yourself.
