• REVIEW: 10/10 literally the best thing i have ever read. this was actually the novel that dragged me away from everything else and down the chinese webnovel hole; mo dao zu shi, for me, was the start of the journey. aside from having an enthralling plotline and deeply relatable and well-written characters, it also serves as a beautiful and bittersweet commentary on the world and people, from their fickle-mindedness to the gray area between good and evil. i recommend this novel to literally everyone in my life; you won't regret reading it.
