• GENERAL INFORMATION

By requesting a commission from me, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and are in compliance with these terms.

My art style, rules, prices and commission availability are all subject to change.

Provide neat references.

Not a wall of text.

Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

Please be sure to save the image to your computer or some other method, as I clean my online galleries and personal files often.

As an artist my artwork will constantly improve and evolve, so there may be slight differences between the examples I provide, and the illustration you receive.

• PAYMENT PROCESS AND FEES

The currency accepted is BRL and USD.

You must be able to cover the fee associated with using PayPal

you can pay all at once or 1\3 of the payment to reserve a slot, and the rest will be made when i start to work with your comission.

I will charge extra for:

Complicated or detailed designs.

Any additional items or property.

Additional characters.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 25% FEE

• REFUND POLICY AND CHANGE REQUESTS

In the state of an emergency such as: emergency medical care, hospitalization, death, eviction or any other financial emergency, and you are in need of a refund for your commission, please contact me personally, and we will discuss the situation further.

Please make any requests for major changes upon receiving the sketch of your commission.

Anything that needs to be fixed by the artist's mistake, such as missed markings that were indicated on reference, will always be fixed for free.

it is your responsibility to provide specific details on the character that should not be missed.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage, a refund of 50% will be provided.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the inking stage, a refund of 25% will be provided.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the colouring stage, a refund will not be provided.

Under no circumstances will I refund a finished commission.

Under no circumstances will I re-draw a commission.

The Artist reserves the right to deny a commission. The Artist also reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund for any reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to, poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour, extreme illness.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

You will forbidden to ever commission me, Adzuye, ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

• WORK SPEED AND CORRESPONDENCE

Don't rush me Please I will get there when I get there. usually it will take about a week to finished depending on revisions etc.

I will always inform you of a substantial delay.

I tend to work while I am most motivated to ensure that your commission is completed with my best effort.

At any time you may contact me with comments, questions or concerns

I may take a break from your commission and work on someone else's, this way I will not lose motivation or inspiration for your request.

I do not accept deadlines, sorry, but if is not something urgent we can discuss the possibility of i speed up your comission but be alert that this may make the quality of the comission a little poor.

• COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner so i may do as i please with it.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters)

Promote myself with in any place or site. Publish books with. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.

As a commissioner, you are allowed to:

repost artwork on any site BUT with credits

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit

must credit me at all times (@adzuye)

claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the artwork for decoration on any personal account with proper credit to the original artist and for non-profit purposes. IE: banners, wallpapers, stamps, etc.

As a commissioner, you are not allowed to:

Change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my explicit written permission.

Reproduce my artwork commercially or profit from my work in any way.

Take credit for the artwork.

Remove or ask to remove my watermarks or signatures.
