  • Dill - for omelettes and deviled eggs, fish dishes, sour cream and yogurt dips/sauces
  • Garlic - for everything!
  • Lavender - for ice creams, custards, shortbreads, keeping scorpions away and making a room smell great
  • Mint - for teas, garnishes, salads
  • Pandan - for rice, coconut desserts, chicken dishes
  • Rosemary - for lamb dishes and meat I want to grill
